Retail Two Easy Formats for the Home cook
Suggested Preparation:
- Artichokes are already cooked and contain EVOO, therefore no need to add additional oil for cooking.
- Preferred method – Place on pre-heated flat top griddle, pan or grill and cook on medium high on each side for 2-3 minutes or until lightly seared.
- Alternative Method – Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add artichokes to baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes at 400ºF or until lightly browned.
